87 Jewellers uses a range of shipping methods depending on the value, size and destination of your order.
United Kingdom
All UK orders qualify for FREE shipping.
Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked or Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, depending on the value of the item.
All dispatched parcels are insured through our third-party shipping insurance providers to help protect your order whilst in transit.
These insurers are Xcover and Secursus. We will choose either when dispatching an item to you and their terms and conditions will also apply. They can be found here:

International Orders
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination country.
Any import duties, customs charges, taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. If customs charges are payable before dispatch we may contact you for the funds.
While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are bound by the terms of Royal Mail which can be found at:

Once an order has been dispatched, any delays caused by the postal service or customs authorities are outside the control of 87 Jewellers.
Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Returned items must be:

Returned within 14 days of delivery.

In their original condition.

Returned with all original packaging, accessories and documentation.

Returned with any security tags still attached where applicable.
If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, including the removal of a security tag, we may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the item's resale value.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described:

Custom-made or personalised items (Including engraving and items specifically resized or altered to fit your needs)

Bespoke or made-to-order jewellery.

Piercing jewellery, including earrings, where the hygiene seal or packaging has been opened, removed or tampered with.

Any products specifically identified on the product page as non-returnable.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
How to Return an Item

Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
We strongly recommend using a fully tracked and appropriately insured postal service, as you remain responsible for the item until it has been safely received by us. 87 Jewellers cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during their return transit.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
If a refund is reduced due to handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item, we will explain the reason for the reduction.
Please note that any delivery delays occurring after dispatch are the responsibility of the delivery carrier and are outside the control of 87 Jewellers.
