87 Jewellers uses multiple shipping rules to determine charges.

For all purchases within the UK shipping is completely FREE and we will always use Royal mail Tracked or Royal mail Special Delivery next day depending on item value.

For international orders shipping costs are dependant on the destination country. Taxes and duty fees are the buyers responsibility.

Returns

Your satisfaction is so important to us so if you are not happy, please feel free to return within 14 days of delivery for any reason and we are happy to refund the purchase price (excluding shipping)

All items must be returned in original packaging and condition.

We want to give you the most seamless experience when returning so we designed it to be as hassle free as possible.

Please Note:

You are responsible for shipping the products back to us safely. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure it reaches us.

Individual products may be excluded from this guarantee. Check the product description before you place your order.

Any piercing related items such as earrings are not eligible for return if the packaging has been opened or tampered with in any way due to hygiene reasons.

Any items that have had their tags taken off or altered to affect their resale value, are not eligible for return. 

​

Any delays past dispatch are due to the postal service and not 87Jewellers.
