If you receive it and are not happy or simply change you mind, please email us at 87jewellers@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your name and order number, we will send you a returns label. Please send it back to us within 7 days and we will refund the item cost excluding the returns shipping charge.

Please note that any returned items must be in original packaging and original condition. Any alterations may result in your refund value being reduced. Any piercing related items cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.
