Watches:
Each watch is professionally inspected prior to dispatch and fitted with a brand new Swiss Renata battery. Battery life varies depending on use and movement condition; however, under normal use, batteries are expected to last approximately one year. Our watchmaker is Rolex trained and has worked with some of the largest and exclusive watch dealers in the UK.

Jewellery:
All precious metal jewellery is professionally tested using laboratory equipment to verify authenticity. Items are fully hallmarked in accordance with the UK Hallmarking Act 1973 where applicable. All items are tested via an XRF (X-ray Fluorescence) Machines to ensure validity and high end diamond testers and testing methods. All stones are professionally inspected and checked to ensure validity.

Warranty:
Thanks to our rigorous inspection process, we offer a 180-day warranty covering mechanical or manufacturing faults under normal use. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, water damage (unless otherwise stated), cosmetic wear, or battery depletion.
